The production line consists of SJSZ-65*22 Conical twin screw extruder and corresponding wavy board forming machine, haul-off unit and cutting unit. It can continuously produce UPVC colorful, season resistance and inflaming retarding wavy board used in buildings. When change the related parts, the production line is capable of producing hollowness board. This line has the characteristics of stable plasticization, compact structure, and high automation and easy to operate, etc, it is a perfect choice for manufacturers.
