this is the Over-Beam High Pressure PP Membrane Filter Press .Compared with common middle beam filter press, the advantages of "Jingjin high over-beam filter press are as follows
1, the stress is properly, to ensure the frame without distortion under heavy loading, to make filter press under evenly stress without distortion and prevent leakage
2,when releasing filter plates and discharging cakes, the filter plates can move back and forth, to make cakes drop automatically.
3, high over-beam structure can collocate cloth washing device easily.
4,high over-beam filter press can collocate to drip tray with launder filtrate discharge form, this form needn't operation panel, it can make good operation environment and easy to repair.
5, the plate shifting system is on the top of frame, so it's hardly influenced by slurry , and easy to lubricated, not easy to rusty.
6,the dimension of filter press is smaller, with high handling capacity and compact design, can improve dry slurry capacity per square meter, can achieve to the largest 100 chambers, thus reduces the number of filter press.
7, save the operation cost, and high effiency dewatering system can reduce power consumption, without auxiliary dewatering devices such as water -proof cover, adding device and deodorization devices etc.
8, the operation is automatically, the operation of filter press is fully monitored by MPU, with the smallest personnels.
