Sucker Rod Centralizer

Sucker rods centralizers are made up of three components:

•Spindle

• Sleeve

• Rod Couplings

The sucker rod centralizer is a supporting tool designed to decrease the pumping energy loss, increase the pumping efficiency, prevent the eccentric wear of sucker rod and protect the tubing. Centralizers for sucker rods are used for centering sucker rods in wells. This centralizer is named for that its main part —centering device synthesizes nonmaterial and whats more, there are autogiration gears between the centralizer body and the steel body, which yield autogiration when pumping. The sleeve made of nanomaterial is provided with advantages such as self-lubrication, wearability, low hardness, high strength, flexible actuation etc.  When the centralizer is used, connect it to the fray of sucker rod, with which the sucker rod is replaced to connect the rod string.
