The rice stick noodle processed by KR4 Production Line may serve for stir-fried rice vermicelli as well as instant soup rice vermicelli.
Processing Flow Chart:
Rice→elevating by jet flow→sand separating→washing & soaking→dehydrating→grinding→filter press dehydrating→dough breaking→steaming mixing→sticks extruding→vermicelli extruding→continuously multilayer aging→vermicelli separating→cutting→steaming continuously aging→auto vermicelli washing→dehydrating→vermicelli weighing by manual operation→continuously auto drying→product.

△ KR4 Production Line can carry out continuously automatic production & labour saving.
△ It uses the new extrusion equipment,connecting the die plate without bolts, and the die plate may be pushed out in seconds by the die plate extractor after running,extruding velocity can be adjusted.
△ It can carry out continuous Production & labour saving by horizontal multi layers aging equipment..
△ The new Vermicelli separator gets more efficiency by two dimensions rubbing of vermicelli while running.
△ Using auto section cutting, auto conveying, auto vermicelli folding.
△ Continuously auto drying, get better the efficiency and reliability.
