The sell of this product increased rapidly and got the biggest marketing of all kinds of instant rice noodle in China. After the study & practice, Guoyan made break through in technology of KR5A Production Line. The KR5, KR5A production lines became the dominant products in the same line. Guoyan has extensive customers such as Daohuaxiang, Sinian, Baixiang, Chunxiao, Xiuhel Baijia, Yitai, Jinhe, Jindali, Jinfeng etc.

The main strong points of KR5, KR5A Production Line,
1. The KR5 is a kind of economical Production Line. It needs less production area and investment.
2. KR5A Production Line can carry out continuously automatic production & labour saving. 
3. The output of the new cooking extruder & vermicelli extruder is 2~4 times the output of the traditional extruder.
4. There are multi layers aging machine & hanging aging machine of the KR5A Production Line. It can carry out much longer continuously aging. 
5. The new Vermicelli separator gets more efficiency by two dimensions rubbing of vermicelli while running. 
6. Noodle cake auto press shaper is an original product of Guoyan. It is possible to pack the noodle cake by automatic packing machine after press shaping.

The Flow Chart of KR5A Production Line::
rice→elevating by jet flow→sand separating→rice washing & soaking by jet flow→dehydrating→quantitative feeding→mixing with water & accessory material→elevating→dough storage→auto quantitative feeding→cooking extruding→vermicelli extruding→continuously aging by multi-layers conveying→auto continuously hanging aging→auto continuously separating for vermicelli→auto washing for vermicelli→dehydrating & conveying→noodle weighing by manual operation→auto press shaping→auto continuously drying→product
Note:There are no "auto continuously hanging aging" in the Flow Chart of KR5 Production Line.

The equipment characteristic of KR5, KR5A Production Line:

KRVE40 Vermicelli Extruder 
1. Large capacity, 500(kg/H). 
2. All parts touched dough made by SUS 304. 
3. As a result of connecting the die plate without bolts, it is easy to connect & save of labour. 
4. It is easy to adjust the extruding Velocity of vermicelli by the stepless variable drive with inverter. 
5. The die plate may be pushed out in seconds by the die plate extractor after running.

KCE30 Friction Cooking Extruder
1. Large Capacity. 
2. Dough Friction cooking well. 
3. Labour saving.

The Multi Layer Aging Machine
1. It can continuous age for about 2 hours. 
2. The guide and chain made from SUS 304. 
3. Automatic aging & labour saving.

The Automatic Hanging Aging Machine
1. Thanks the variable pitch between 2 rods, the aging machine be shortened about 40%. 
2. There are moisteners in the aging machine. It can accelerate the aging speed and keep aging quality well.
