The gear tooth deburring machine is a semi-automatic full-enclosed high-efficiency machine for deburring the end faces of the disc-type gears or shaft gears used in gear boxes of automobiles. One end face or two end faces of the gear can be deburred (with an imported deburring tool) on this machine. According to the machining characteristics, the machines can be divided into the shaft gear deburring machines and the disc-type gear beburring machines. The workpiece is rotated and deburred by means of the engagement of the cutter and the workpiece, and at the same time the workpiece drives the cutter rotating to remove the burs on the tooth ends.

The gear tooth deburring machines are classified into YE9320A, YE9340 and YE9340A according to their working range. Two sets of deburring mechanisms with separate controls are equipped on the YE9340A machines, which are suitable for workpieces of different kinds and two teeth of a shaft gear can be deburred and burrs on the end face can be removed simultaneously.
