Description:

DT-80A THE STATE-OF-THE-ART DIGITAL UNKNOTTED SPRING COILING MACHINE 

is for making unknotted springs for mattress at speeds of 80pcs/min.

In a single cycle ,the cire is coiled to 

a spring end ring moulded and shaped, 

heat treated and 

to be collected to an outlet channel ,

the unknotted coiler utilizes a fully integrated computerized programmable logic controller 

and servo control system.

All machine functions in clude wire feeding length,

heat treatment ,lubrication and self-protecting are 

automatically controlled.

Terms:

Terms of Payment:    30% advance payment by T/T upon signing the contract

                                 70% covered by T/T before delivery

Delivery:                    45 working days after receipt of advance payment.

Installation and Start-up: 

                                  One technician will be assigned to coordinate installation, 

                                  commissioning and training, 

                                  cost for flight and suitable accommodation plus 

                                  USD80/day per person will be charged additionally.

Warranty:                  12 months limited warranty starting 

                                  from date of delivery excluding wear parts.

                                  Shipping cost for parts to be replaced 

                                  during warranty period have to be borne by the customer.
