The machine feed system including a feeding device and the secondary device, a feeding device by

EPS beads through the material,the foam into the fluidized bed dryer(customer optional)and then into

 the aging silo through the fan delivery device,complete raw foaming process.Process cycle according

 to the second foam.

The machine produced more uniform density can foam density 7-35kg/m³.

                                         commissioning and training; cost for flight ticket, 

                                         suitable accommodation and additional USD 100/day/each worker fee 

                                          will be covered by Buyer,

Warranty:                          12 months limited warranty 

                                         starting from date of arrival excluding wear parts. 

                                         Shipping cost for parts to be replaced during warranty period 

                                         have to be borne by the customer.
