Detailed features:
1. Digital displays (3 pieces) are provided for locating setting of roll positions.
2. Hydraulic drop end for ease of finished cylinder removal, and conical bending device.
3. Emergency system: safety string barrier around the machine and emergency push button.
4. Machine is equipped with two speed working system which is controlled from Mobile Control Panel.
5. Working Principle: upper roller as main driving roller, torque coming from rotating force provided by reducer output; down rollers do vertical up-and-down movement, whose motive power gathered by oil hydraulic. The two side rollers do little oblique movement tracing around the frame lead rail, which drive by worm wheel. No slide of plate during rolling process. Pre-bending and rolled-up all finished by this kind of machine.
