The machine is of mechanically horizontal downward-adjustment three-roller rolling machine. Due to the bottom roller is horizontally adjustable, it has a certain pre-bending function. The top roller can make vertical up-and-down movement between two bottom rollers and two bottom rollers can make horizontal movement. The up-and-down movement of top roller is obtained through the transmission of thread rod, thread screw, and worm while the horizontal movement of bottom roller is obtained through the transmission of thread screw. Two bottom rollers drive the top roller to rotate through motor, reducer, transfer case and universal joint to provide torque for rolling plate material.
Note: For specifications of or above 25X2500, the hydraulic upside-down method for unloading material shall be used.
For special specifications, we can produce to order with selectable length of 1000~4000mm.
The bottom roller is moveable horizontally.
It is convenient for rolling the material into cone barrel.
The end of steel plate can be pre-bended (pre-bended end).
