Semi-automatic Laminator

1.With a wide range of application, Paperboard laminator is suitable for processing various papers. It is not only suitable for pasting card boards but also for pasting type A.B.C.D or E corrugated board and co lour paperboard.

2.It has a high pasting precision and the finished product has such advantages as smooth paperboard surface, neat edge, high hardness and high fastness, etc.

3.With a high pasting speed, it can work on double station simultaneously with double efficiency, and the position can be adjusted easily and flexibly when it works on single or double track.

4.It can adopt various glues. The glue feeding system is automatically controlled by fluid level relay, which can adjust the thickness of glue layer so as to make glue coating uniform and save glue.

5.The motor adopts AC frequency converter steeples speed regulating, the electromagnetic clutch adopts contact less solid-state device drive and the travel position adopts photoelectric switch detecting. It has such functions as accumulative counting of electronic digital counter and photoelectric no-paperboard operation protection.

6.It has such characteristics as reasonable structure, easy use, simple operation and easy maintenance. When it works, put the bottom and upper paperboards well in the correct position, the machine can automatically finish the whole process from gluing, pasting to flattening.
