Full name of CIP system is cleaning in place System. Chinese name is cleaning inplace system. It is a system, in which, producing equipments (tanks, pipes andvalves etc) and whole production line is cleaning and disinfected circularly ina closed loop without being dismantled or opened. It is applied for cleaning ofequipments and pipes in industries of dairy, beverages, alcohol, agricultural andsideline products. CIP cleaning system is composed of acid tank, alkali tank,hot-water tank, pure-water tank, back-water tank, disinfect-water tank, thick-acidtank, thick-alkali tank, heat exchanger, pumps peripheral valves and pipes.These tanks can be allocated according to technical requirements. Generally, theCIP system only comprising acid tanks, alkali tanks and hot-water tanks is sufficientfor requirements of cleaning. CIP system produced by our company have the characteristics that are safe, energy-saving, highly efficient, and easy to operate and maintain. Mainly are: 1. Manual CIP station; 2. Semi-automatic CIP station; 3. Auto CIP station system;4. Before materials compounding, the processing system carries out automatic CIP,which is more advanced, automated, reliable and safe. Therefore, data samplingand exchanging on whole production line can be realized for linkages each coupleof equipments. The structures of CIP can be divided into joint type and split type. The CIP systems of the two types, for each type, there are four kinds of heating type: plate heating, lined pipe heating, coil-pipe heating, and through heating. The joint type of CIP system has specifications from one-loop to three-loop and tank volume from 1T to 5T. The split type of CIP system has specifications from one-loop to six-loop and tank volume from 1T to 10T.Packing: Wooden box
