Vibration sieve work principle
Its vertical motor, which is installed eccentric hammers on the top and bottom, is regarded as a vibratory source. The eccentric hammers change rotation into horizontal, vertical and inclined movement, and then pass the movement to the sieving surface. Adjusting the phase angle on the top and bottom can change trajectories of the materials on the sieve.
Vibration sieve features
1. High efficiency, compact design and durability, any powder, mucus can be screened.
2. It is easy and simple to change screen. And it is easy to clean.
3. Screen is not blocked, the powders do not not fly, it can be screened to 400 mesh or 0.028mm.
4. Impurities and coarse material can be discharged automatically, then continuously operating.
Apply to industry
Various kinds of the materials can be screened by the machines including those within 0~400mesh like try, wet, refined, coarse, heavy and light as well as those within 0~600mesh like liquid and pasty materials. Such as:
Chemical industry: resin, paints, industrial chemicals, cosmetics, paint, medicine powder.
Food industry: sugar, starch, salt, rice flour, milk powder, milk, egg, soy sauce, fruit juice.
