B) Structure of stud track roll forming machine
This machine could manufacture many different dimensions of stud track, it consists of 3 tons passive decoiler, forming machine, cutter, computerized control cabinet and stacker.
C) Working Process
Coiler loading → feeding-in with guiding (metal sheet is guided into the first forming station) →rolling & forming → cutting after forming→ stacker running out
