Description:

Characteristic

The machine adapts horizontal cylinder structure, with reasonable structure.

Driving shaft of inflatable seal is adopted, and can be switch to water when cleaning is required.

Granulation is done in fluidized state, producing spherical granulation with good fluidity.

 Compared with traditional process, 25% of adhesive can be saved and the drying time     shortened.

The dry mixing time will be 2 minutes and granulating time will be 1-4 minutes. Compared with traditional process, its working efficiency will raise 4-5 times.

Strict safety protection measures are in place for the whole operation.

Working Principle

Powder raw material and adhesive are mixed to moisture through mixing oar at the bottom of the cylinder (cone) container. Then cut it to become uniform damp granule through high speed crushing oar installed at the side.

Applications:

It is suitable for pharmaceutical industry, foodstuff industry, chemical industry and so on. The machine is wet granulator in which adhesives is injected into the powder materials.
