Usage
Overturn hanger is one of the most supporting equipments of the aerated concrete equipments. It is installed in the crane, walking and lifting will be rely on the crane, It is controlled by the directional-oriented frame when its moving, which can keep it stable,correctly and without migration,shaking and other defects,It is the special hanger which is used on opening mould and demoulding.
Two functions of the overturn crane
1 It can overturn the pouring green body with the mould frame and board under an angel of 90. when its upright, and hanged it into the cutting table, unlocking demoulding and then beginning cutting.
2 Reorganized mould(after demoulding)and the board and locked it together,overturn an angel of 90, and then ready to re-pouring.
Working Principles
Overturn hanger has the following functions: walking,lifting,overturning,board locking,releasing and demoulding and so on.
1 Walking
Make the hanger moving back and forth along with the axis direction in the workshop.
2 Lifting
The crane rope lifting wires will hanged the Pulley of the beams on the overturned hanger and then make the overturn hanger movement up and down, and make if finish its lifting action.
3 Overturning
The hydraulic station on the hanger will provide the oil for the overturn cylinder,and drive the hanger to make the mould vertical or level overturning.
4 Locking and releasing
The hydraulic station of the overturned hanger will provide the oil for the overturn cylinder,and promote mold locking device to make Mould and the board locked together,released, And the make the Clamping device move an angel of 90, .Clamping arm turn left for claming, turn right for the release.
5 Demoulding
When the locking arm locking in the promotion fuel tank, release the side boards,make the overturn hanger go up, and then make the mould and green body separately(demoulding).
