In addition to serving as a filler for your more delicate product lines, the JVM can also be an inexpensive backup unit, eliminating down time and costly set-ups for small runs. Vacuum filling systems draw product into the container by using constant vacuum suction. Once the fill level required reaches, the excess product will be drawn through the auto-drainage system and back into the product tank. The fill level of the container is determined by the depth of the vacuum heads within the neck of the container, so that the fill level will be the same regardless of bottle inconsistencies.
