Description:
The machine is applies to liquid cosmetics, such as lipstick, pen type lipstick, eyebrow pencil etc. Stirring speed and temperature of each tank are controlled independently. Adopted advcanced automatic control technology (interface, PLC, network), parameter (time, temperature, swiitch and speed of conveyor) is set by human machine interface, Easy control and stable performance. Framework made of hardened aluminum is easy to maintain. It doesn’t need much time to train operator. Individual temperature control by PLC for separate unit ( tank, filling pump, filling hose, filling nozzle and heating plate) to achieve precise temperature. Automatic timer and counter.
