Usage:
Plastic granulator is mainly used for extruding & pelletizing PE, PP-R, ABS and other thermoplastic plastics.It is equipped with relevant molds and auxiliary machinery to form a production line to produce all kinds of plastic products.
Characteristics:
The charging barrel heating and cooling:
It adopts air cooling system and ceramic belt type heater to precisely control the temperature.Only middle air flow can cool cupper heat radiation sheets which are specially designed and produce high thermal conductivity.It can ensure precise melt temperature.Its noise is very low.
High output:
The special shelter type screw stem can be used in high output extruding. Ensures thermoplastic plastic plastics steadily plasticizing to make it get highest quality melt.The screw stem shelter designing can increase the extruding output.
This model extruder special reducers for hard surface of this plastic extruder, 38 CrMoAIA nitriding barrel screws, intelligent temperature controllers, special barrel covers( the electricity can be saved, up to 30%). Hydraulic pressure or electric on-line screen-changer, movable stainless steel water tank, blower, rotary pellet-cutter, it can be installed automatic forced feeding equipment.
The master and secondary machines filter the materials twice to ensure high-quality grains and better exhause.
