Description:
Double roll crusher is the common crushing equipment with simple structure, easy maintenance, high production, reliable operation and less consumption. Thus, it is widely suitable for intermediate crushing.
Xinhai double roll crusher mainly consists of two cylindrical rollers. At working, two cylindrical rollers rotate relatively. By the action of friction effect, the materials are crushed and discharged from the gaps between two rollers by gravity. The gaps decide the maximum particle of products.
The rollers are divided into smooth rollers and tooth rollers. The smooth roll crusher is mainly used for squashing with grinding; the tooth roll crusher is for pounding with grinding. The specification of double roll crushers is showed with roller diameter(D) ×length(L). Take 400 x 250double roll crusher as an example, which means the roller diameter is 400mm and the length is 250mm.
Structure
The picture1-10 is the structure of Xinhai double roll crusher(smooth). It is composed of crushing rollers, adjusting device, spring safety device, transmission and frame,etc.
