1.The machine has three motivated driving rollers that can advoid skiding during running.
2. The max hydraulic pressure can be reached 13T that brings the easily bending of all kinds
of aluminum profile and window sash (rectangular steel tube)
3. All products not only can be formed in once with high efficiency and zero wear rate,
but alsocan be formed in many times.
4. Three rollers are controled by CNC system with features of smooth moves and high
precision. PositionaI accuracy:0.02mm.
5. Space of driving wheel is set according to user needs.It can be adjusted in different position,
in ther words,the position of two wheels can be adjusted to different space.
6. It not only can be bended into one radius arc (ordinary type C arc), but also two radius arcs
(type U arc), and three radius arc (bread arc and ellipse).
7. With the function of intelligent calculation of material springback amount and compensation, a
iming at the same bend radius arc, the machine can caculate the spraingback amount automatically that can avoid waste of material and time during forming different kind of arc.
8. The machine can store a certain amount of procedure (depend on memory space),
input information as detail as possible for easy recognition during next use.
9. It can bend all kinds of aluminum profile (ordinary aluminum profile,thermal break
aluminum,aluminum-plastic-aluminum, aluminum plastic),rectangular steel tube,etc.
10. The horizontal placing of machine can adapt to different kinds of profile in different
size and weight.
11. It is flexible operating that can be controlled manully or automatically.
12. Various feeding speed can be adjusted during every procedure,which improves the
workpiece quality and meets the requirement of productivity.
13. Mould is simple and useful; it can bend aluminum with radius 250 mm without wrinkle
