According to differentgrinding mode, there are two kinds of dry self-grinder and wet self-grinder. Theyalso can be called aerofall self-grinder and falling self-grinder.
Performance Characteristics:
The rude ore comes from theslope or the minerals through coarse crushing are directly put into thegrinder. Generally the minerals are put into the grinder to rod crush accordingto certain grain gradation. The materials can be crushed to be -0.074mm by theself-grinder for one time; and its content is more than 20% to 50% of thetotal. The crushing rate can reach to 4000 to 5000 which is more than ten timeshigher than the ball crusher and rod mill. The self-grinder is a new kind ofgrinding equipment which can crush and grind. Using the grinded materials asmedium, it grinds through two-way pounding and grinding; so it gets its name.The self-grinder is also called non-medium grinder.
