Thesmelting ore gyratory crusher can be divided into three series : PXZ gyratorycrusher , PXQ gyratory crusher and PXF gyratory crusher.When the crushing medium hardness or above mediumhardness material, we can use PXZ series crusher; If it is below the mediumhardness or medium hardness ore, we can be adopt PXQ series crusher from aneconomic point of view ; While PXF series of crusher is usually used in theconcentrator or large open-pit mines.
The smeltingore gyratory crusher we produce all use hydraulic support structure . Thisdesign makes it convenient to adjust the size of row ore mouth to achieve therequired material particle size and production if we need . Before the crusherworks, the oil fill into the cylinder through the pump . When the crusher israised to the working place ,the breaking cone calve closed and the oil pumpstops at the same time .
Smelting ore gyratory crusher workingprinciple is driven by motor rotation, and eccentric sleeve movement is throughthe pulley and taper gear to achieve.
At thistime due to the eccentric sleeve movement, the broken cone department wasforced to do rotary pendulum motion on the basis of crusher center.Within the crusher cavity in the ore is a collision,squeezing and twisting, constantly breaking cone and fixed cone touch attack,makes the ore is crushed. Then with the weight of the ore itself, it dischargefrom the bottom of the crusher.
