SUPER WHITE KAOLIN CLAY FOR CERAMICS

1. Benefits and Application

GB-K80 kaolin is produced through water washing, grind and classification. The well controlled processes ensure the product have no coarse particles, so the end user can achieve a high Hegman grind. The product have high brightness, it is applied in high end ceramice.

The kaolin mineral is primarily lily-white and pure white, high purity.

Higher aluminum oxide content, lower iron oxide and titanium oxide, in comparison to competitive clays.

High natural brightness, the calcined brightness is 94-95% at 1,300 centigrade degree.

GB-K80 is one material special for top grad ceramice.

4. Need to know

1. Our product have not added any chemical brightening addition agent.
2. This material is specific for the production of the top grade porcelain for daily use and bone china.
3. The sintering temperature: 1,280-1,330 centigrade degree, optimum temperature is 1,310, and should
be sintered by oxidation flame.
4. Don't use this material for pouring slurry directly.
5. The water content of this product is 17-20%, and lower than 20%.
6. The total of drying shrinkage and firing shrinkage are about 20-22%.
