Description: We possess famous patented product------ Combined Self-fastened Boltless Ball Mill Liners, or called CHINA BEST LINER. In December of 2000, we successfully registered the international patent in Canada. Before that, we claimed domestic patents in1988 and 1997. The outstanding advantage of our liners is boltless. The general advantages are as follows: 1. Longer service life 2. Easier Installation 3. No repairs during service periods 4. No leakage of powder or slurry 5. Maxinum quenching hardness can be achieved because of no bolt holes 6. Output is increased by about 5% 7. Power consumption is reduced by 5-20% 8. Maintenance is decreased by above 98% The liners are easily installed and existing mills need no modification. In addition, the new-design lining plates can guarantee no leakage of powder, no repairs during service periods and noise reduction. The reliability and stability of our liners are much better than those of traditional ones. In the recent 20 years, our liners have been widely used in large, medium and small ball mills in Chinese power generation, mining, cement, Chemical engineering and metallurgical industries and super fine pulverizing equipments. It is the only recommended liner product in the latest standard of the electric-power industry in China. |
