Wear Steel Castings Description:
A. We can manufacture custom-made quality wear steel castings with different material grade.
B. Our current production capacity is 4500MT/year wear castings. We have been exporting wear castings to oversea markets.
C. At present, we can supply the castings weighing from 10kg to 25MT per piece.
D. Our products involve various kinds of materials, such as:
1. low chromium alloy steel;
2. middle chromium alloy steel;
3. high chromium alloy steel.
We can manufacture custom-made quality wear steel castings with different Cr-Mo Alloy Steel material.
Technical Parameters
Our foundry has complete melting, heat treatment and test equipments, such as mid-frequency induction
electrical furnaces, quenching and tempering furnaces, blast shot, spectrometer, Rockwell and Brinell
Hardness tester, impactor, UT tester and metallographic microscope. We achieved the certificate of quality
management system ISO 9001:2008. We have been exporting castings to oversea markets, such as Brazil,
Australia and South Africa.
