Features of Roller Mill
1. The rollers are made of vanadium-titanium alloy chilled cast iron. The surface is is hard and wearable.The internal cavity is processed for a more even temperature on roller surface.
2. The machine is designed with an overload protection device to prevent the main parts from damage due to overload.
3. The machine is designed with an emergency brake. In case of emergency,pull the rod to stop the machine.It is safe and reliable.
4. The driving system is designde with NGW planetary hardened-gear speed reducer or dual-output hardened-gear speed reducer,featuring compact structure, low noise, high efficieny and long service life.
5. The machine has an integrated base for easier installation.
A. Basic information:
This machine is mainly used in Rubber & Plastic product factory for Natural Rubber Mixing(plasticating),Raw Rubber and Compounds mixing,rubber warm-up mixing and pressing sheet. 1.Based on push-back drive, the stress direction of the reducer output shaft base is changed, and it is uneasy to loose.2. Triple drive harden-gear reducer and the rolling bearing are used to replace the big and small driving wheels and the bearing supports, which extend the service life.
