Description:Coil coating is a unique process where aluminum strip in coil form is cleaned, pre-treated, primed and painted with either inorganic or organic coatings, cured and re-coiled all in one operation. Coil coating eliminates the need for in-plant post painting thereby producing savings in space, labor, inspection, insurance premiums energy and pollution control. Based on the high quality mill finished aluminum coils, Grand Shine has applied the internationally advanced roller coating line to achieve excellent precision and flatness which endow construction with even and durable color. By controlling the quality of the material as well as the technical process of production, Grand Shine painted coil is characterized by both rigidity and excellent processable properties. They could be bonded, cut, split, slotted, blended, pressed, drilled, connected and fastened. There are two kinds of imported pigment that is applied to the roller coating. One is fluoro-carbon (PVDF). The other is polyester (PE). Both of them can form the colorful and durable protection for the surface of aluminum.
