Kodak G series thermal plate processor is the product that our company produces for Kodak, as an ODM manufacturer. It is high volume positive and negative thermal plate processor, consisting of two models, CPG-86 and CPG-125. CPG-86 processor can process up to 86 cm. CPG-125 processor can process up to 125 cm. Both models provide a user-friendly, intuitive touch screen for processing setting and operators observation on processor. Once parameters have been input, operator does not need any further operation of configuration or adjustment. G series thermal plate processor can be configured in a plate production line, including conveyor, oven and stacker.
Features of thermal plate processor
Timing startup function.
Four plate processing steps: develop, wash, gum and dry.
A single micro computer controls every technical parameter, with three working channels which can be set separately.
Touch screen, displays processors function and status, easy-to-use and intuitive operating interface.
Immersed plate processing. Plate processing visible and digital.
Adjustable develop time. The time displayed is the one immersed inside developers.
Adjustable develop temperature, controlled by chilling system inside develop processing tank, heating bar and circulation system.
Failure alarm such as developer level-low, no gum replenish, etc.
Auto replenish developer volume in accordance with real plate size
Auto wash or manual wash function, makes maintenance easy.
Adjustable gum volume.
Visible processing status, easy to prevent malfunction of plate jam.
Auto detection on plate jam during plate processing.
Energy saving sleep mode, provides periodical roller rotation to prevent chemical crystal generated.
Auto energy save function and emergency stop safety measure.
Conductivity sensor with sensitive probe, conductivity value can be seen on touch screen.
