High Processing Quality
To guarantee hi-quality of processing and stability, HQ-9000PF Black Eagle series has well-designed chemical circulation and replenish. Therefore, processing max degree (D max) is guaranteed at 5.0, frog degree is at 0.03, unevenness less than 0.1. Films net-point after processing is much clearer with more smooth at four edges.
Easy Operation
With full consideration for easy operation and good hand-feeling, Huqiu Black Eagle series film processor has delicacy design in drawing cover of dark box, the height of feeding film, storage for rear film-output, replacement for filter core, placing for roller rack. Computer control system makes full auto-control possible that: 1) when you switch on the machine, it will automatically enter the working program; 2) when chemical temperature reaches processing point, place film for processing, and then computer will automatically start roller transport, washing valve and dryer heating system, and it counts the area of processing film to count replenish chemicals automatically. When theres no film for process, machine enters energy saving status automatically. In computer two programs which are standard and customer option, are designed that you may shift all parameters to another program by pressing a button.
Digital Display
Huqiu Black Eagle series film process has large LCD screen which displays data of develop, fix and dryer during operation, and by help of computer control system the screen can set, change, or shift the temperature, speed, replenish rate, 24-hour pre-heat time and data difference correcting. It is easy for view and operation.
Reliable Film Transport
Huqiu Black Eagle series processor uses double-side placing roller transport system. It cancels metal ring in roller rack, and solves film jam and film-chase caused by broken metal ring. The rack is designed to assure that theres no scratch or film jam, and that small test-film, roll film of 30 meters and sample film may also be processed successfully.
Anti-oxidation Design
Based on chemical tanks design of Huqiu Black Eagle series film processor, anti-oxidation for chemical solution is also set. Even when the using rate of machine is below normal one, chemicals oxidation and crystallization are at an extremely small rate. It also saves chemicals consumption and stabilizes processing quality.
Hi-efficient Dryer
Huqiu Black Eagle series has been modified thoroughly for dryer hot-air system to meet the requirement of fast processing film. It employs blower imported from Germany and it is configured with hot-air guide structure to make its efficiency doubled than previous type. Even when processing long film of roll continuously, it assures that there is not any water trace or any place that is not dry. Even at the conditions of high humidity environment and using China made film, it makes the film processed also with dry and bright appearance.
