Characters
PVC foramed plate is a late-model plate of surface crusting with its core layer under foaming treatment which ensures the smooth surface, light weight and strong indensity, and it can be processed like wood plate. PVC foamed plates are widely used in fields of advertise lettering, construction, decoration, windows and doors of forniture, etc.

WPC plate produxtion line Introduction
This production line adopts our unique wood and plastic technology and formula. It can extrude wood-plastic plates with PE/PP + wood powder. The WPC products are widely used in up-market car interior decoration, decoration board, advertising board, base material and decoration materials foe hotels, restaurants and entertainment venues.
This production line mainly composed of conical twin-screw extruder, die head, three-roller calendering machine, haul-off machine, cutting machine, material reversal stacker, etc. The three rollers adopts polishing roller or embossing roller according to the customer\'s requirements, and can be adjusted seperately with speed frequency regulation. Besides, they are equipped with roller temperture controller. The production line also adopts edge-cutting device. According to the different width and thickness of products, we have three models of conical twin-screw extruder: SJMS-65/132, SJMS-80-156, SJMS-92/188.
Product width: W=1000-2000mm, Product thickness: T=2-15mm.
