the mill machine suit for the building materials, chemical industry, chemical fertilizer, metallurgy, mining, refractories, ceramics, iron and steel, coal, coal and other industries, it is now very popular large mechanical equipment which include the Raymond mill, high suspension mill, high pressure super fine mill, trapezium mill etc.
In the usage, there sometimes will have some small defect. Today we will introduce the vibrating of the air blower. There are three reasons below:
1. The fixment of the air blower is not so tight. The screw is loosening so during the working, the vibrating action happens.
2. The feeding can not keep well-proportioned. Overfeed will give more pressure to the jaw crusher, if the output power increased, the air blower will vibrating.
3. Internal components of uneven wear serious, or wear, cause the host running is not smooth, can also cause the vibration of the fan.
Above is the main reason of the vibration. When we know these reasons, we can fix it easily. Such as fix the screw, check in time, and feed the material evenly. Also, we need to check the wear parts problem, once find the parts can not be used anymore, we should change it in time. Only in this way, we can make sure that the mill work in a good and steady condition.
