Lug Butterfly Valve(pin)

1.Small in size and light in weight,easy to install. It can be mounted wherever needed,suitable for various actuators.
2.Lug type butterfly valve can be used on the end of the pipeline.3.Lug type butterfly valve has threaded metal inserts(usually stainlesss steel)installed in the valve's bolt holes.
4.The inserts are threaded on both ends,which allows this lug style valve to be installed into a system using two sets of bolts and no nuts for each hole.
5.The valve is installed between two flanges using a separate set of bolts for each side of the flange.
6.This setup permits either sside of the piping system to be disconnected without disturbing the other side.

When used in the end of pileline service,it has a reduced pressure rating.E.g,it rates 150 PSI when mounted between two flanges,while it rates just 75 PSI when mounted in the end of pipeline service.
