Composed device
1. Manal expand and shrink de-coiler
Function: it is used to fix the steel coils and do de-coiling. By using the crane to make the coils on the decoiler and manually expand and shrink is driven by the push of core shaft to tight inner hole of steel coil .The decoiler is equipped with the brake device and adjust manually to make the tension decoiling possible.
2.Φ120×450mm Disc slitting machine
Function: equipped with the side guide device to fix the sheet and prevent the strips jumping when slitting so that to improve the precision. There are active and passive two kinds of slitting to meet the requirements of different thickness steel possible
3. Scrap winder
4. First pre-dividing,and press device(1 unit)
Function: when cutting the thin sheets, it is used to establish the back tension and insure the even and tight quality of recoiler.
5. Φ508max×450 Recoiler(1unit)
Function: it cooperates with the first and second dividing device to do the recoiling, make the tension and speed adjustable
6. Electrical control case(1 unit)
1) It controls the speed of the whole line. The main operation table can make the whole line change from high to low speed. And it can also make the plate into the machine manually.
2) The parts mentioned above composed the whole slitting line , make it function is stable and operation is convenient.
