Q1: What is the Warranty for the lamps?
A1: For the lamps,we have 5 years warranty.If any quality problems on our side occured in this period ,we will take on the shipping cost and replacement.
Q2: When the delivery?
We have large quantity as in stock for conventional productions, warehouse also make a month of the preparatory work. We will ship within 10-14 working days, for the samples order, please contact with sales for the exact delivery time.
Q3: When the goods are arrived?
It usually costs about 5-7 days, however for the different Country holidays, the transit time is estimate,please understanding if the goods can\'t reach in time.
Q4: what should do if the productions not in good condition after receiving?
Please check carefully if getting the production.
4.1 Checking if the package and production have broken, we have issurance for every production, please ask the compensation from the shipping company, we won\'t do the after-sale service if don\'t ask for the compensation from the shipping company.
4.2 The production can\'t work well if the package is vell, our after-sale service department will be responsible for it.
Q5. If accept the appointed shipping company?
Of course, we can use the appointed shipping company to ship the production , the appointed shipping company should be responsible for the broken package.
Q6. No updated logistics information .
6.1 logistics information don\'t update in time.
6.2 No timely sorting as the carge is too much in the transportation
6.3 The address is not quit clear, the information is not exact,the shipping company don\'t operate quickly
6.4 The goods is in transit.
6.5 Tracking No with input error, an error message is displayed or no logistics information.

We keep 5 years warranty, we won\'t charge any fee within warranty (not including the Secretly converted or wrong operation)
