1.Manual expand and shrink un-coiler (1 unit)
1)structure:four connection rods adjust manually and mechanically and the motor drives the steel coils doing uncoiling.
2)specification:Φ520max/480min×1250(width of roller)
3)5.5kw frequency conversion control to make sure the speed is adjustable and it is equipped with both passive and active uncoiling models
4.) The max capacity: 5T with simple supporting stand.
2. Storage pit 1
1) It should be done according to the foundation drawings.
3.Φ300×1250mm disc slitting machine(1 Unit)
1) Specification of blades:Φ300×Φ160×15 material:6CrW2Si and 10 pieces of blades and a set of spacers and rubber rings will be provided with the machine for free(Customers can extra purchasing of the blades as per the slitting numbers )

6.First pre-dividing,and press device(1 unit)
1) It is equipped with guiding and dividing devices after slitting.
2) It also designed with the tension press which is match to the recoiler and insure the even and tight quality of recoiler.
7. Hydraulic cutting machine
1) Double pillars cutting machine is arranged after the tension press
2) 2)The cutting machine adopts the 9CrSi blade to ensure the cutting quality.
3)It is equipped with the independent tension station to do the cutting.
4) It is used to cutting the head and end of the coils and doing the fixed length cutting.
8. Φ520(MAX)×1250 mechanical recoiler(1 Unit)
1)specification of shaft:Φ520/480minx1250；
2)capacity :P≤5T with simple supporting stand
3)Motor:30KW frequency conversion control motor.

9. Second dividing and pressing device (1 unit)
1) This device cooperate with the recoiler to make sure the even quality and tight
2) The spacers are 9CrSi alloy material with the quantity 15 pieces which will be separated on three separated shafts.

10.Electrical control case(1 unit)
1) It controls the speed of the whole line. The main operation table can make the whole line change from high to low speed. And it can also make the plate into the machine manually.
