The small jaw crusher is a very common crushing equipment which is always used for small capacity. But blocking phenomenon sometimes will appear while the jaw crusher is running .But why does it happen?
The first reason is the stickiness because the water content is too high .While crushing, large stone is crushed to small gravel, the stickiness become bigger.
The second reason is that the raw material is mixed with too much clay.
The ways are the bellows:
One: screen, washing machine and control the water content
Two: reduce the shaft speed and enlarge the feeding inlet.
Three: adjust the output outlet and the angle can not too even.
