Introduction:
The separating machine is specially used for separating the paste block into pieces.
Structure:
Automatic setting machine mainly has special strip cutting machine, cutting machine, point blank machine, clip machine, cutter, walking system, lift system, rotation system, hydraulic system and electrical system, etc.
Characteristics:
1.Automatic setting machine is composed of frame, walking vehicle, promotion, setting clamp, pneumatic system and PLC automatic control system, etc.
2.Vehicle is driven by a motor to walk, meshing gear and rack on either side of the car and vehicle is located in the frame of the orbit. Hoisting frame lifting adopts roller chain to make move accurately, avoid skid phenomenon, using four guide posts at the same time to increase the stability of the equipment. Setting clamp part has two rows of clamp, equipped with cylinder between two rows of clamp, driven by telescopic movement to achieve its span changes.
3.Brick holder rotating part adopts cylinder driving force, which has the advantages of simple structure, adjustable speed, steady running.
4.The operation makes the PLC programmable controller to realize automatic control with reliable action, strong security, and setting various forms and the setting machine is suitable for a burning process and secondary yard burning process, which is indispensable equipment in the large-scale brick automation productio.
