Description:
1. Two-arm duplex turret mount and wall racks.
2. Double unwinding shaft unwind
3. Unwinding shaft independent transmission system adopts imported digital AC vector inverter.
4. PLC tension control and detection system and DANCER stable system, tension stable control.
5. Closed-loop tension control, zero tension control, both low and high speed keep a stable output.
6. Swing roller tension detection in closed-loop control, the feedback signal sent by the Japanese Tamagawa Encoder.
7. High-speed non-stop changing materials, save time, improve efficiency.
8. Reloading when new material shaft driven by ultrasonic automatical detection and host the same speed, automatic cut, expected a high success rate, (OPP.PET waste about 10m or so);
9. Installation uses inflatable shaft, fast replacement, safe and reliable.
10. Roll-over stand automatically roll over to transfer bit to automatic positioning, emergency knife with reset function.

Installation and testing the machines
If the buyer need engineer from the seller\'s side, the seller should dispatch an engineer to buyer\'s side. The buyer pays all the expenses including the round air ticket, food and accommodation, and also pays 80$/day for engineer during the install and testing machine period.
