paper cup machine is a multi-station automatic machine. It has continuous automatic procedures like feeding, sealing, oil -filling, washing, heating, knurling, convex knurling, curling, unloading, etc. It is the ideal equipment for producing test-drinking cups, marketing cups, advertising cups, ice-cream cups, etc. It is widely used for hot drinks and some other beverages
With the comprehensive technical improvement in 2012, our X16 machine works more stably, and the speed is improved also. Now, it can produce 45-55 pieces of paper cup in one minute.
FEATURE:
1. The frame adopts the rectangle pipe and u-steel welding, much stronger than tradition. All connecting rods are stronger and adopts double bearing structure, so, the performance will be more steadily
2. We use open-dividing cam running as driving system, so, it can keep higher precision and enlarge the machine life
3. The part for feeding paper is same like middle speed paper cup machine feeding part, papers sucks by cam, and drop down by mechanical hands, so, it can be more steadily
4. It adopts stretching punching cutter for bottom forming, and bottom looks more nicer, also can reduce the bottom leak rate...
5. Knurling system adopts alloy steel making, stronger power, and higher precision, it is a ideal choosing for thicker papers and deep bottom

Advantages:
