Description:
The machine is developed by our company according to plastic thermoforming technology. It is a high efficiency, integrative and automatic thermoforming equipment. Sheet sending - heating - stretching - forming - cutting are synchronous.
It has many advantages such as stability, low noise, reliability, high product quality, wide application range, large forming area, fast producing speed and high automation degree. It is suitable for PP, PE, PS, PVC, PET, ABS and biodegradable material etc. to produce disposable drink cups, yoghurt cup, jelly cup, ice-cream, faster food boxes and bowls etc. Also it can produce plastic packaging products in medicine, light and textile, tourism and toys industry etc.
Applications:
The plastic cup thermoforming machine can produce various kinds of throwaway plastic containers of cold drinks, yogurt, ice-cream, fast food, or instant noodle, as wells different kind of merchandise packages of medicine, toy, journal, textile and light industry, etc.
Thermoforming machine has two function:
1.Making round cups, and which can works all by itself. it combines the material feeding , heating, drawing, forming and cutting transporting into one process.
2. Making square cups and other shape cups which can be cutting with page. It combines the material feeding, heating. drawing, page cutting and transporting into one process.
