1.General Description
An advanced notebook computer is used in the tester as a master machine. Accurately metering the active and reactive powers, power factor, motor rotation speed, the suction pressure, the discharge pressure, flow, temperature of the motor ofgathering pump; Equipped with a flue and gas analyzer, to test gas compositions of CO, O2, to calculate the efficiency of the boiler and furnace efficiency; Equipped with efficiency analysis software of gathering and transportation system, to calculate the efficiency of gathering and transportation system, optimize the system operation.
2. Principal Functions
★Testing Function : a random time-interval is deployed as a circle to real-time detect three phase active power, reactive power, power factor , motor rotation speed, idle load electric parameter, pump suction, discharge pressure, flow ofmotor.
★Calculation Function: including motor efficiency, gathering pump efficiency, the efficiency of machine train, according to the requirement of users, the thermal energy utilization rate, electric energy utilization and the efficiency of the station are calculated.
★Output of Statement: all the contents of test output in the form of statement.
