Description:
PVC plastic enters into forming mould to be press formed after pre-heating, then filling the medicaments by double-universal feeder, and make memory of wasted plate by detector system, and then be sealed at the hot-sealing unit (1), it pass the ALU/PVC gap bridge unit by servo motor traction, then sealed with the formed tropical ALU at hot-sealing unit(2), and enter into cutting unit through second traction system, and finally delete the waster and output good products.
DPP-160 Automatic Machine Feature:
(1) Mechanical drive: The advanced three-ring decelerator was adopt in the machine instead of the worm drive, it concentric with the principal axis to decrease the error of the transmission.
(2) Electric apparatus system: Adopting German Siemens PLC controlling system result in that every engineer location of transmission of the machine is procedure.
(3) Detection system: adopt video detector that can modify of the 5% different pharmaceutical sample of the shape and delete it automatically, or adopt the digital calculating equipment of the optic fibre that can detect the number of medicines.
(4) Pneumatic system: Adopt photo electricity control and can program with PLC that make every organization of operation accurate, also enable packing the products in many worker\'s location and the operation at a long distance. It guarantees the stability of moving ahead simultaneously.
