Description:

4, Easy and fast to adjust, it can step-less adjust pouch length without changing the mould. And can adjust the functions as longitudinal sealing, transverse sealing, filling, embossing, Dotted line cutting, and transverse cutting through man-machine interface.
5, Accurate in measurement. Regarding to power material, we adopt rotary feeding mechanism to ensure than the material evenly and match with cylindrical screw leaves feeding, measuring feeding dosage can be setup independently in man-machine interface and can be fine tuned, each line’s dosage can be adjust set easily and accurately.
6, Filling mechanism adopt lifting device, convenient to adjust; easy to clean and enhance work’s efficiency, reduce cross-contamination of material.
7, A PLC is used for automatic control, Every actuating mechanism adopt servo motor to driver, it is precise in automatic in step positioning, reliable performance, convenient to operate, and fully automatic.
8, Photoelectric tracking system is adopted to ensure correct printing and with automatic counting function.
9, Adaptability of the package film, the sealing temperature of machine is with automatic control, and has high control accuracy (± 1C °). Suitable for most complex film packing film in home and abroad, such as PET/AL/PE,PET/PE,NY/AL/PE,NY/PE and so on.
10, Extra functions Set up, for example, sachet cutting can choose abnormal shape knife, dotted line knife or flat cutting knife, According to the material properties, it can be extra equipped with feeding mouth lifting mechanism, vibration, etc. the matching of kinds of alarm requirements and so on.
