PLC Logic Control System CNC 50 TSR Pipe Bending Machine for Furniture / Sports Equipments Pipe
Usage and Features:
It is used to produce a series of bending tube, furniture tube, sports equipments tube, air material tube, automobile tube and all other bending tube etc.
1. Application and with imported PLC logic control system and three-phase electricity control box, the speed of mainframe is adjusted by transducer.
2. Application imported color touch-screen 10.4” of TAIWAN, graph operating system, leading interface designs and several kinds of functions tentacles controllable, so as to easy to operate, automatic to memory and reserve, automatic to alarm and so on.
3. This machine is equipped with the most advance CNC computer digital control system and SMS synchronized follow bending system.
4. Complete with automatic counting system, finished products display on panel.
5. Complete with precision worm gear and worm drive system, which controlled by separated servo system to finish feeding, rotating and bending.
6. Machine frame body adopts tower structure, welded by square steel pipe and steel plate, high strength and steady.
7. Ideal and perfect material surface treatment, electroplate, black coating, quenching, carburize electrostatic spraying to meeting respective usage and function.
8. Mould material use high quality steel, hardness high and long life use, the hardness not below HRC50;mould include bending mould, clamp mould ,guided mould etc.
Clamp die designed with parallelogram, diagonal clamping, fix tight; guided die adopt three (four) disc type chuck structure, clamp high.
9. Feeding axis complete with imported high speed linear motion components;
Rotary Axis complete with precision worm gear and worm drive system, which controlled by separated electrical servo motor to meeting each function, feeding, rotating and bending; Bending Arm built with hydraulic transmission system;
10. Adopt imported international well-known brand; switch and button from Schneider of France; intermediate relay from OMRON; servo motor and controller from Mitsubishi of Japan.
11. With automatic alarm system and automatic counting system.
