Description:
1. The chip is brain of color sorter,our chip system type is ARM+FPGA which is from UAS,Powerful computing capacity is enough to cope with super-large data operation.
2. Camera is high 2048 pixel CCD sensor,and high pixel camera Phoenix brand,you can adjust the pixel size on the camera.we apply to the three primary colors on it,it can identify tiny spots smaller than 0.02 mm2.
3. The heating plate is rubber which can save and keep heat for longer time.it can save power for machine.and customers can save cost for machine.
4. Our discharge outlets has 3 outlets and you can adjust the middle damper to open big or small to reduce Optimal Carryover and improve the processing efficiency.

If material splashing, how to solve ?
1. Big difference in temperature between the material and the material chute,you can Adjust temperature of the chute to approximate that of the material.
2. Dust agglomeration,you can Clean the chute with soft cloth.
3. Chute with scratch,you can Sand papering or replace it.
