Description:
Superfine lamination autogenous mill / semi-autogenous mill is an autogenous milldesigned by Yantai Xinhai company. It is one of grinding equipment with two functions of intermediate and fine crushing and coarse grinding. Raw ores are fed into the autogenous mill with ore itself as the media and crushed by mutual impact and grinding. (If autogenous millsare added to a handful of steel balls to raise the processing capacity, it is called semi-autogenous mill). The comminution ratio of this machine can be 4000—5000, ten times higher than that of ball mill and rod mill.
Applications:
It is widely used in the manufacture industries, such as cement, silicate, refractory material, new building material, fertilizer, ferrous metal, nonferrous metal and glass ceramics, moreover, according to different materials and discharging methods, there are dry ball mills and wet ball mills for choice.
Principle:
Superfine lamination autogenous mill owns good grinding effects. The transmission slowly rotates and materials are fed in from one side. Then, the ores are crushed by action of its own impact and autogenous mill in the cylinder. Those qualified materials are forced to discharge through the grizzly screen by action of overflow water.
