Tuned mass damper prolongs the flotation process, which improves the flotation effect more than 5%
Gas-reagent-mixer enriches the bubbles, which improves the calaiming ability and saves the reagents more than 20%.
Without mechanical mixing devices, the wear-resisting and antiseptic cost is low.
Physic liquor is fed after atomizing, larger superficial area and higher reagent utilization rate.
Microbubble air, larger superficial area and higher air utilization rate.
Applications:
It is widely used for separating non-ferrous metal, black metal, noble metal, non-metal mineral, raw body and materials of chemical industry, which are subject to coarse separation, swept separation, fine separation and flotation, so the useful ore are reclaimed.
Principle:
One or more gas chambers are installed in the bottom of the tub, on the cover of the gas chamber are full of one-way valves. When the one-way valves are open, the pressed air will be fed into the flotation cell.
