Machine summary:
Package Inclined Plane Friction Tester is used to test the sliding resistance of cartons. Beer carton and other
packages are easy to slid with small coefficient of surface friction, which can be improved by testing of Carton
Sliding Angle Tester. It applies to decrease the damage of corrugated and fibre packages during production,
which is specially good for testing beer carton, drink packages and so on.

Corrugated Paperboard Inclined Plane Friction Tester can not be used in below conditions:
1, Vibration and unstable places;
2, Under direct sunlight;
3, High temperature, dust and humidity;
4, With good alternating current and safety usage;
5, Strictly prohibited to use strong solvents (such as: benzene nitro kind of oil) clean machine;
6, Can\'t inject water and sundries into machine to avoid damage and electric shock;
7, Only can be repaired and adjusted by companies with approval of national metrology.
Corrugated Paperboard Inclined Plane Friction Tester Maintenance:
1, Clean: Clean of machine with cotton fabric before and after usage each time;
2, Anti-rust: Spray anti-rust oil on metal unit of the machine each week (Clean in 2 hours after spraying);
3, Lubricating oil: Add lubricating oilto rotating parts (screw) of machine every month;
4, Maintenance: Routine check the button of control panel.
