Function and Specification
1.Single-sided, double-site dynamic balancing function, can be used from hundreds of grams to tens of tons. Revolving speed from 1r/min to 180000r/min.
2. Balanced approach: test weight method and the influence coefficient method
3. Start-up times: Using the original installation conditions, open and down 2 to 3 times. Using the influence coefficient method one time can be obtained. So that achieving the balance correction and improve the efficiency.
4.Specialized test weight method, can evaluate the reasonable test weight quality according to the imputed data of rotor and actual field environment, which reduce start-up one time and improve the efficiency greatly.
5. Method of weight :Test weight method；Any angle method,The average weight method；Add slide method,Slide the slider method.
6. Wizard-style balancing operations: provide a comprehensive wizard-balancing function. Operator can carry out the dynamic balance correction step by step. It is very easy to use.
7. Humanized dynamic balance sequel function: If the dynamic balance process is interrupted by some reasons, can go on doing from the interrupted place, not from the starting.
8. Fast fault diagnosis function: Before the balance, can diagnose the rotor so that ensure the fault reason is that the dynamic balance negative, to avoid the blind balance. The function can be used to diagnose the common fault.
9.
